Alka® Drops are alkaline drops with zinc, which are developed for the production of alkaline drinking water. Drinking alkaline water promotes the body's natural production of sodium bicarbonate. With the help of this endogenous sodium bicarbonate, acidic waste materials are neutralized and excreted. Zinc supports a healthy acid-base balance.
Alka® Tabs Original are capsules made from a patented combination of sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate. They have a special gastro-resistant coating which ensures that the ingredients are not neutralized by the stomach acid, but get into the intestine unaffected. After a while, the capsules dissolve evenly in the intestine. The bicarbonate, which is dosed in the body through the intestinal wall, can neutralize acidic waste materials in the body and dissolve stored solid acids.

The recommended daily dose is 4 times 1 glass of water with 4 drops. Shake before use. Open the child resistant cap of the bottle by pushing down the cap and then unscrewing it. Add, by gently squeezing the bottle, 4 drops to a glass of water of about 200 ml. Shortly stir and then drink the whole glass of water within 1 minute. Preferably take on an empty stomach.
The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, preferably taken with water just before, during or after a meal.
50 grams for 1 full bath, 8 grams (~ 3 teaspoons) for 1 foot bath or 1 hand bath. Recommended bath water temperature: 36 - 39 ˚C.
Measure the pH of your urine 3 times a day (morning urine at around 1 p.m. and around 8 p.m.). Make a note of the measured pH values. To determine the average daily value, add the 3 results and divide the sum by 3.
