Return
If you wish to return (part of) your order, we would like to kindly ask you to contact our customer service. You can contact us within the 14-day cooling-off period to register the return.
You can also return the products to us without contacting us. To do this, fill in the European model withdrawal form - or draw up your own declaration in which you invoke revocation - and send this form or your letter together with the products to us within 14 days of receipt of the products. The purchase price will be transferred back to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after dissolution. We may wait with refund until we have received the products back or until the moment you have demonstrated that you have sent the products, this depends on which moment is earlier.
For a quick handling of your return shipment, we advise you:
- Add (a copy of) the original invoice to the return shipment.
- Indicate the reason for return. You are not obliged to do so.
You will be refunded with the same means of payment as you used to make the purchase (as far as technically possible). The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the contract. You will be on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
